I can drive this truck all day with no comfort issues. That said, I’m 61 yrs old, which means pee breaks are necessary every few hours…gives me time to stretch the legs.

i find the comfort on long drives similar to coach class in a plane. it sucks, and helpful to get up/out and stretch the legs and back every few hours.

I've found that if I get out and stretch every 3 hours or so I'm fine for long road trips. May sound weird, but it also makes a difference if you're on a monotonous, boring road vs. something interesting. Driving here in FL you get excited if you see a hill, so long drives can be mind numbing. Keep in mind that I'm old and wide so YMMV :)

No long trips in the Taco yet, but seat jackers made a difference for me.

12 hours is a long day behind the wheel, so take breaks as needed. My only tip is eat lighter than normal. Big meals can make you drowsy.

My longest road trip was Key West to Ohio (home) to Colorado to Oxnard, CA. (NAS KW - NCBC Port Hueneme). You’ll figure out comfort within a few hours. Staying awake and alert is what’s important.

I drove to Buffalo and back (“turn and burn”) to drop my son at school—about a 16-hour round trip. Obviously there are more comfortable vehicles for a long trip, but it wasn’t particularly bad. My only real complaint is MPG.

I drove my ‘16 TRD OR with cloth seats. from Wisconsin to Asheville and thought it was good. A friend of mine went with me and he has bad back. He said the ride was comfortable and thought it would be rough on his back. I also thought it was a good ride. Then just 3 months after getting my 2019 TRD OR I took it down to Arrington, VA. The ride felt about the same but this time I had leather seats and they did feel a bit stiffer on that ride down and back. Otherwise I had no real complaints on both trips and would do it again with this truck.

I've driven ~10 hrs, from CA To UT and had no issues, I do have seat risers in the back though. Also adjust the lumbar support to your liking, I found that that has helped me the most on long road trips

Yep. I drove from Maryland to Montana and back last month. Total of about 5,500 miles in two weeks. The truck was awesome, no complaints at all. That was roughly 70 hours of drive time in the two weeks. I would do it again in a heartbeat and have more similar long trips planned.

NJ to TN and back. Drove my truck 700 miles home the day I bought it, my right leg fell asleep. It was a 23 hour and 48 minute round trip from my driveway, solo.

VA to WI and back, a couple of times in my 16. Usually stop every 2 hours to get out and stretch, walk around for a few minutes. Then back at it. 16 hrs one way. More mentally tired then physically tired at then end of the day.

Did an 8 hour drive last summer. It's pretty uncofortable and took a whole next day to recover for me, but my wife was perfectly fine in it. Depends on your body.

My limit in the Tacoma is about 1 hour before I start to fell pain.

If you're loaded up you might consider running tire pressure higher for better mileage. 40+ psi
