I have the same on mine. I just masked it off and sprayed around it with a textured spray paint.

that looks good but not sure the paint will stay on. I prefer to have tint on mine which lasts longer.

thanks for showing me your light paint job.

Emblem is from tacovinyl. I cut from access from the sheet and pretty much eyeballed it. I think I got lucky. I took care with the edges and used a very fine plastic tool to tuck. I did all the vinyl on my truck and youtube was a great help. Lots of great videos and ideas. I think I got a vinyl install kit on Amazon for $15 that included several different blades of varying thickness. A good vinyl cutting blade is essential.

P.S. the emblem with the script as opposed to the more block letters is more forgiving if it's off a bit due to the curves and lines of the script. TEQ symbols require more precision.

I'll run it by him, but I'm pretty sure he's not too interested in making them. I would like to find a manufacturer that will talk with us about producing these though, and if that fails, we may just make the 3d print file available to anyone that wants it.

Check out shapeways - they handle the sales, printing, and shipping and you (or your friend) get a cut for each sale. I've purchased a couple of things from there that a member designed.

Ya you got the nice one.

    That's pretty sweet. Looks heavy?

Picked up a 5th wheel for my spare.

Looks really good! Quick question: Did you have to use the ramps for the install or did it just make things easier?

I didn’t like using the clip after two fill ups. This was $5. So much easier.

Just got my truck about a week ago and installed the Desert Does It Seat Jackers today. I was a bit skeptical that they would be worth the money but I have to admit I love them already! Definitely recommend them to people that don't like the stock seating position. They really make a huge difference.

I meant to show this earlier, right after my new member intro but forgot....
I made this diy load stabilizing bar to clamp to the cargo bar.
I wouldn't say it's a mod, and you can buy a commercially produced version at 3-4 times the cost, but this has been handy at keeping the groceries upright, and stuff from sliding before I got the bed mat, plus I like building things.
The clamp is from Amazon, - "photography super clamp", and just a 3/8-16 shcs, , some 1/2" elec pvc conduit, and a threaded insert to attach to the conduit, but you could use anything that would thread to the bolt, and fit in the conduit. I then used jb weld to attach the threaded adapter to the conduit. The bolt just threads to the clamp. Think I have $7 to 8 in it.
