Yep!! As long as your rails are relocated, which they most likely are.

Thanks! I assume they would be from what I have ran across in video reviews. I have yet to order the X4s so no first hand experience yet.

If you're getting a brand new one, it will come with relocation brackets for the accessory rails.

Well, I pulled the trigger today, ha. I wanted to changed things up and kept coming back to this one.

Really changing it up and moving from a low rack to the mid height. Looks like I'll even be able to park in the garage too.

Sorry, no 16's but the 18" looks phenomenal on the Tacoma.

Got mine installed and completed some initial street shakedown miles. Really liking my revised setup coming from the longer Taco MAX and a tri-fold I could not flip open to this aluminum 22" VRS and a Bak Revolver X4s. A few minor mods for things to fit as others have touched on: notches on the inside bottom edge of the bed caps, lengthening X4s bracket holes with a dermal (marked with black sharpie in photo below), and sanding a bit on the plastic outer edges. It is still a bit of a squeeze to roll up the cover all the way going past the side support bars. One nice surprise is I think I can get away with not installing the tent risers, even with my my sherpa rack on the cab. (hoping I won't get enough flex offroad to make contact...) My Taco aluminum Taco MAX 22" with tonneau adapters and storage box is for sale! (still a great, strong setup).

Was reading/researching about the new VRS, and some post pop-up about rust issues, support bailing out on buyers and then company being kicked out of TW. Wondering if it is still same issue today? The aluminum VRS for 3rd Tacoma is expensive and I’m worried that warranty support bails out. Did anyone here recently purchase a VRS system?
Other alternative is Billie Bar which seems solid company all around but design looks boring . Thank you!

My understanding is they resolved those issues long ago. Support has been very responsive for me. My VRS system hasn't seen much winter road salt as its the first year with it, but its still looking good.

Hey there, would you happen to have any pics of Bakflip MX4 actually opening with the Rack mounted? Does it actually clear the inside of the slant as you fold it up? It feels like it would hit it..?

It definitely is tight and rubs against the rack but it makes it by with a little force combined with rolling the cover tightly.
