Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
I always cobbled wood racks together with steel that followed me home from work.

Now the wood is stored inside and just moved close to the stove as needed for a few days with of burning.

Give me cold over the heat just no so cold metal does strange things.

As my brain is reduced to 25 % of normal above 65 degrees the Sun just makes things worse.

Oh same, that's why the thermostat in my house stays at 68.

I prefer cold vs hot and where it's at now is perfect (indoors).

Hard ware limits keep me from seeing any real detail .

You're not wrong there. They are dangerous as shit and I usually avoid them now that I have the 14" Evolution and plasma. But I was cutting 4 foot sections of expanded metal for the top on my new wood rack and that can be a bit of a pain with plasma. In hindsight, I think I will try torch cutting it standing up and cutting downward instead of laying horizontal.

I made the 1st pass (heavy gauge) with the hand torch. I've cut exp metal with it before and it's easy to drop down in the low spots and hit the side of the cup, and I was getting some melting as its kinda tricky to move quickly and not miss the area you want to cut. Also, I hit the duty cycle more than using the torch on the plasma table. I've never hit duty on sign cutting, even with some pretty elaborate pieces with long cuts.

I do use my dremel cut-off wheel to clean up small errors on some of the signs I cut. It has saved me from scraping probably 5-10 signs that had flaws. Cut-off and small grinding stones, especially the tapered cone shaped ones, really come in handy.
