Tepui Kukenam 3 RTT

For those of y’all that have the Thule Tepui Kukenam 3 RTT, I bought a used tent off of someone, and they didn’t give me the end caps to the mounting tracks on all 4 sides.

Are the end caps a must-have? Or does it not matter if I have the end caps or not?

 

I had a tepid 2 person a while back. Those caps always fell off. Not a must. I do recommend getting a file and smoothing put the edges. I remember them being really rough/sharp.

 

They aren't required, but they do help with the visuals of not having open ends. It aiso provides (some) soft protection if you bump your head on it.

 

Tepui should be able to get you some replacements.

Yeah, just checked the Thule website and there’s a whole page for spare parts that I can order. Luckily enough, found those end caps. Thanks!
