I don't know why I follow this thread. I'm from Michigan.

We spend November-march at Jim & Tammies camp ground in Ft. Mill. Its a decent home base for the traveling in the south we do. So far we have not run into any Bible Thumpers. Most peeps here are contractors living here to build the massive explosion of construction. It's growing fast!

Stayed there for 3 months when we first moved down here, nice little RV park. It’s only 5 mins down the road from me.

 

We will be heading there again as long as we can get a lot. The owners do not allow reserving until a month before your dates you want.

Anyone in the Charlotte area have a front air dam they removed in new or relatively new condition? Mine was damaged on I-85. I know a lot of folks remove theirs, but I want to replace mine.

 

Nice area mostly. Can’t hide money though. Everything there is pricey.

 

Used to love going to Asheville. Then someone said it's a great place to live and 8 million people moved there killing the vibe (same with Charleston).

 

I was so excited to check out Asheville. The people I saw walking around downtown though… nope I’m good.

 

It’s like a cross between Portland and Austin. No thanks.
