Nothing like waking up with a Charlie horse in your calf and while you're wincing through trying to stretch it out the dog starts barking at who know what...

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
The point here is the people purchasing are going by cost very seldom if ever use any of the supplies they buy so in most cases could careless.

I turned a few people on to kroil in the last 20 years.I even had Kano labs send a handful of spray nozzles the crew had a habit of knocking cans over or dropping them popping the nozzles off.

Went to the race last night. The best racing was in the Beginners FWD class and the Pure 4.

Are these events always so empty or is the weather or cost effecting attendance ??

I happened to mention to an older friend about having foot/leg cramps.
These often occurred in bed - heck of a way to wake up at 2 in the morning.
Almost as good, a cramp in your left foot while driving a manual transmission in traffic.

He immediately said he knew the cure and dropped a bottle off the next day. I am delighted to report that by taking 1 or 2 every day the issue went away, I then reduced my intake to about 3 per week.

The miracle cure, and cheap too:

    KIMG1896.jpg

The Calcium & Magnesium is the important part

    KIMG1897.jpg

Even better, after I retired I haven't had to take them at all.
I guess 12+ hours a day of relentless running on a concrete floor must be not so good for you... :notsure:
    Who-da' thunk it...

The Ford is a 1957-60, highly desirable short Styleside bed & 4wd too.
The Pontiac is a 1967, the base engine was a 400 cubic inch unit, 428 optional. :burnrubber:

Not sure. It dumped the rain 30 minutes prior, but the racing for the other classes sucked. The late models ended with 7 cars, no wrecks.

In years past going to the races was more a social event then to watch the races unless you had a car or worked on the car.

Yep, calcium & magnesium is the answer. I used to have a medicine that depleted it and forced me to take CalMag as a supplement. I’m only posting this to point out that most stores NOW have a product found near pain patches that is a foam or creme specifically for leg cramps… you guessed it, calcium and magnesium creme. My father used to survive by taking an alieve when he got a cramp… but his issue turned out to be poor leg circulation.

BTW, was having a conversation with a friend about modern cars and how you dare not “push” anyone to the side of the road, gas station or next exit. We continued to talk and then mentioned… remember jacking a vehicle VIA the bumper… like, that was the strong point! My how things have changed…

Those bumper jacks were just good enough to change a tire and feel nervous about it all the while.

Many years ago I saw a fellow changing a transmission on an early 70's full size Chev - supported by 4 bumper jacks.
    :eek::eek::eek:

I'm sure Darwin has claimed that dude by now.
