    Maybe you can get 2" of lift in the front
    I think it's more of a numbers thing where there are nearly 3x the number of 100s sold. Then coupled with owners who didn't care about maintenance and it is starting to produce a number of issues after 25 years.

    My recommendation would be to interview a couple of local real estate agents. Find someone who gets your situation and seems sincere in helping you reach your goals. A local agent will know their market. They will have access to new listings and should be able to show you any home you are interested in seeing closer.

    Cleaning the basement boxes up, mostly old computer stuff. But I found some of my favorite thrift store oddball finds. Had to hang em in the basement/laundry room area.
