Thai Spicy Seafood Stew from La Paradis. I love this because I don't know how to cook it. It's ramen. It cleans the pipes.

Wow, fantastic presentation. My wife doesn't get the whole presentation thing. It's art.

These are nice simple, I like the term elegant, presentations. I never understood the towers of the early 2000's or the more recent deconstructions.

Got some gorgeous fresh white shrimp yesterday for some dish not yet decided. They’re in season and plentiful, so at $3/lb I wasn’t passing on 15-20ct. Got a pot roast, Korean BBQ beef short ribs, also got some sirloin steaks I’m going to sous vide later…

It looks like you went bare pan. If you butter the pan first, you’ll get a nice little crust texture and easy release from the pan. You may or may not like this trick either… let them cool for 5-10 minutes (until you can handle the pan. Wrap the pan once long ways (to cover) and then again sideways to fully seal. Let the pan cool and enjoy! This process traps the steam, which contains sugars. This makes the bread moist and sweet. I do this on my breads I do for Christmas. Fan favorite.

I did go bare pan, at least for banana bread.

And I do let them cool for 5-10 before de-pan (it's standard procedure, not a trick ;))

But I'll try butter on it if my wife likes the idea of a crust-texture!

So...don't get mad at me

After I depanned it, I texted my neighbor if he wanted to come by and grab it. That and an extra baguette I had.

He swung by last night and we chilled drinking in the garage for awhile.

The other loaf isn't for me as I've got brownies to devour

No, Don’t de-pan, wrap it as is. I’ve de-panned, but it’s better still in it.
