Oh you know that might have been the case here. I would love a wood stove, but I'm fairly sure there isn't much longer until they're outlawed anyway.

I could do a pellet or corn cob stove. There was a proper wood stove in the cabin we rented last thanksgiving and while it could put out some heat, it took near constant attention if you didn’t want to freeze your balls off or smoke out the place.

 

Thats fine as long as you realize, the seller's agent will not have your interests in mind. He/she is there to work for the seller.

If you guys get serious about that particular house, get your own agent. As a buyer, agent fees generally don't cost you anything. The seller pays the fee and and the selling agent splits that fee with the buyers agent.

You can no longer get a permit to install a wood burning insert in King County.

 

I mean yeah that makes sense, if they keep it on a county basis it'll be fine.

We were talking about it. It just depends on how much time we have with both of us working.
Maybe I'll buy some kwik-fab baby food if you make it.

 

I'm 95% sure I will; don't think it'll take all that much time.

Just need to commit so you don't have fresh fruits and veggies going bad if you dont cycle through it appropriately.

Definitely find a realtor if you are serious about buying property for sale. Digiratus said all the right things.

 

There are definitely a lot of programs, with it not being a new build that takes out one I know of, and it's a manufactured home, so that doesn't help either.

We're hoping to hear from our mortgage guy on Monday, so we'll see

 

Yeah I can see how it could go bad quick. I'm sure you have fruit stands in farmers markets around. You should be able to get a lot of good, healthy stuff for him.
