Had some time this afternoon so I final got to build a control pack for the warn m8000. Rewired the solenoids and ordered a water proof project box on Amazon. Pretty happy with the results. I just need to make a controler plug and mounting bracket.

 

My mom did for me, so you can see that was a waste of time haha.

 

Might be a loophole if considered/declared temp dwelling whilst "building". Longshot but worth investigating. My BIL knows this crap pretty well. I'll ask him and get back to you.

 

In all seriousness it is probably a good idea if you've got the time. Certainly fresher than other options at the very least.

 

I'd mainly be doing it to keep it as natural as one can outside of growing my own garden.

I'm a lost cause, I drink red bull an vodka, beer, and occasionally a pizza, chips and other junk food with processed crap.

I'd want a good part of his diet to be healthy, and when he's on actual solid foods, cook and bake healthy stuff for him. Stephanie already eats 100 times healthier than I ever have.

 

What they do after childhood is on them. I'd probably eat a whole lot healthier if my parents both had while I was growing up. As it is my mom cooked very healthy but we still ate out a good bit. Just make the healthy stuff tasty and you'll be doing better than 99% of other healthy eaters and meal makers

 

Oh yeah, definitely has to be tasty. It's what makes me eat it myself

But great point.

 

A lot of healthy alternatives stay alternate because they're just not very good tasting. I know kale chips are a decent snack but they suck, I'll eat some lays. On the other hand I'd rather have a bowl of cauliflower mash than mashed potatoes because it's damn tasty and good for you.

 

Speaking of, I've never had anything keto that actually tasted like....anything

I gave peanut butter chocolate keto cookies a chance the other day (some farmer's market thing) and huge nope, bland AF

 

Yeah I'm not sure what keto and gluten free folk do for flavor but I have to assume just living is enough of a challenge to take on that they're just okay with their food being absolutely awful.

 

A red flag for me was the fact that Zillow is saying the value is 75 grand less than what it's listed for. That listed price is likely based on what the seller's agent thinks he can get for it. That is almost a 25% difference.

 

Housing market is crazy though, definitely gonna have to get it appraised and see what it's worth. It's pretty much exactly what we're looking for, so that's pushing us

 

I feel like its unfair to link gluten free and keto. Generally folks do keto totally voluntarily for no real health consequences.

Everything Utah is over-inflated right now. Doesn't matter if it's at the bottom of GSL, they ask for the moon.

 

I get that. But don't over pay because of that. Even with good interest rates, that will cost you a lot in the long run.

 

Unfair sure, but I'm sure if they could make their food less awful they would. But they appear to be unable to so they get thrown with the others who have bland, woody, and otherwise unlikable foods.

 

They might be including the shop parts that are there too. That might end up being more of a headache than it's worth though
