A few years ago I had an ‘oh sh*t” moment on Imogene Pass in Colorado. Purely my fault, ended up two jeeps with winches, one attached to my front, one attached to my rear (off camber stuck-needed to prevent a roll over). Must have been 20 people and 6 vehicle stopped to watch the rescue. Lots of good natured ribbing and laughing at the dumb a$$ (me) who caused the commotion. All ended well and much appreciation for the off road community.

Hard shell taco. Added an ARE CX canopy and I couldn't be happier. I need the extra space.

What happens when you need to use your hitch? Or does this basically prohibit you from using it?

You remove the pin, or press the buttons on the sides if you didn’t install one, pull the light out, unplug the wire from the back and tuck it up somewhere. It uses a breakout harness on the 7 pin trailer connector so the stock plug still works

Nice wheel and tire combo! Those look SHARP! I dig the sidewall oh those.

I am interested in these Falkens as I am looking for my Taco's first new pair of shoes to go with my SCS F5's in the 17x8.5 -10mm flavor. I would be tempted to go with 35's but I am trying to keep this truck from killing my wallet. I already sprung for the Aul-Cab canopy, so I have to keep my build progression somewhat reasonable. Hahaha. I might be more tempted if I already had gears installed. That and I don't want to have to remove the fender liner just yet. I think I might be going with 285/75/17's for the moment. Also looking at MT Baja Boss, Toyo A/T III's, and Yoko G003's.

    What are your initial impressions?

I’ve also had the Geolandar G003 on my old DCLB. 688D1325-D7DF-4FCB-BF01-F23E71A706E7.jpg
Just get the 35’s. These 35’s on the dclb looked small because they had the fenders chopped. Should’ve just went 37’s honestly…

It is to go along with the keg=er=ator that is fitted to the back seating area. The tap of which sits directly over the 32oz spill proof mug that fits into the center console.

I tried to get a picture, but I can't seem to get up off the floor ... the keg-er-ator really does it's job!

Yes, it’s basically just salt, water and for me low sugar fruit punch. It tastes great and no more upset stomach.

Yes. So if I go with a wheel that has an offset of 0, then it will be further away from the UCA. Correct?

Looks great. What size wheels and tires did you go with? Also how much cutting? I have 33’s now and wanting to jump up to 35s soon.

yeah. The more negative the offset, the further from the inner vehicle and suspension.
