Kinda digging on that grill guard, but I want something more to protect my headlights. For some reason every time I go on vacation my headlights usually wind up getting smacked by branches or something.

w/ Lexus nut-style fill and drain plug

Rear Diff serviced.
Transfer case serviced.



Fill plug hasn’t been torqued down yet, might look a bit loose.

Spacer lift gone. bug deflector gone. underbody neon gone. New swaybar links and brakes installed. Now we can begin with some real modifications!

 

Did the Uni filter conversion for the secondary air pump filter. Took a few minutes, because several places had plastic clips. The factory filter was in good shape, but the Uni is easier to deal with all around. It does change the sound when the pump is running at start up and shut down. I think it has better flow than the OEM fiter.

probably the closest you’ll get is welding steel plates into a tube bumper. Not much of a point.

Had the ol gal re-tinted 15% all around Saturday

Today used a 3M disc to remove the pinstripes - and god what a job. Not looking fwd to doin that again anytime soon... or ever.

Did they have to remove your rear view mirror to do that strip up top? I want to get my windshield tinted but not sure what to do about the rear view mirror. I'm only thinking about doing like 60%, enough to block heat and UV rays, with out making me blind at night.
