    OP,

I purchased a "Pedestal mount" from Sparky's CB ....when we get warm weather my Magnum S-3 will be sitting in one of these places;to the right of the "juice stick" or behind the cupholder. Either way the "big" does not matter, mount gives great flexibilty.

OOps sorry. Didn't see that you have a full size radio. Ashtray location wouldn't work. If I had a fullsize radio it would go in the lower din spot like the one posted above.

Here's mine. It doesn't really get in the way too much and was easy to wire straight through the firewall.

I have a Galaxy 99 mounted on the passenger side of my center console. I made a bracket that mounts where the side bolts are for the console. I replaced the bolts with studs. I have some pictures on my camera at home and will try to post them later. It takes a little leg room away from the passenger side, but I like where it is at. I thought about putting it on the center hump in the back, but I have a Texas Star 399 AMP and a 1000 watt Dosy meter back there now.

my friend has never had full capabilities in his whole right arm since he was born. The DMV required him to get that on his car.
