    I was talking to my son on the phone over the weekend and he said "It looks like it's gonna rain like a cow pissing on a flat rock today."

    And it occurred to me he had picked up an old saying from me, that I had gotten from my father. My Dad was a southerner and I've picked up some of his sayings without even thinking about it.

    Has anyone else picked up sayings from their parents? Maybe even without realizing it?
