IMG_4598.png Just had CEL appear, no other current symptoms.
    22 TRD OR DCSB w/ 9200mi.

Can anyone confirm that this may be the entirety of the issue? Truck seems far too new for a car issue.
I will also clean MAF tonight for good measure and get the leak tended to tomorrow.

*tried to upload a video displaying the leak but can only upload an image at this moment.

**and yes this is the bank 2 side; above the cat that sits near the tranny.

I completely agree but I would rather go in armed with info prior to having them monkey around with it and possibly just reset the code blah blah.

I get where you're coming from, P0420/P0430 codes are one of the few codes that require minimal diag. You should be okay. They'll probably replace the cat regardless.

    Wow. Im surprised.
I do have a custom reroute around the t-case so I’m hoping they won’t give any grief over that, which I doubt.

The reroute is probably what twisted the flange around and created the leak

It’s quite possible. Doesn’t intuitively appear likely but after some searching it appears to happen every now and then.

    eewwwfff,
that's an important piece of missing information. I'd take it back to the shop that did this, and see if they are able to fix or reimburse.

They’re on it. Ironically the light shut off already too but I’m confident that the new gasket and the adjustment to the hangers on the piping downstream will remedy this.
Way too early for a cat failure to be likely.
