    Just wanted to say thanks you to all the guys that prayed for me and sent best of luck the last couple days! They did a lot of test on my heart and they said it was good! So as of right now still feeling not all there:( but need to change my eating and loss weight! Thanks again to the guys that made me laugh with your asshole comment:D made my time there Eazer!     With enough exercise you can eat just about anything you want. Just a matter of burning enough of those calories. Usually takes a decided lifestyle change rather than a simple exercise plan to get to that point though.

    Diet and exercise. You'll feel better than you ever have! :thumbsup:

    if your having issues start your workouts slow and work your way up. cousin of mine was way over weight and then had a health scare and started busting his ass working out and wound up having a stroke. just be careful and best of luck. take charge now before its too late.

    i have back issues and the doc told me to change my diet to lose weight. Just switching to nasty diet soda i lost 15 lbs in 2 weeks without working out. you get used to it after a while but i wish i could still drink reg soda. after surgery im slowly getting into shape by hiking/walking.

    Ya I drink nothing but water these day I stopped drinking soda like 3 moths ago unless I and boozing lol! My thing was I use to not eat all day them pig out later in the day till late stupid now that I look at it! You really need a few hours after you eat for sure
