So here is a proven technique that I use for several types of fish…including Walleye. I start by filleting the fish and removing the majority of the bones but leave the skin on. Then if big enough I will cut the filets into single serving pieces. In a ziplock gallon size bag add flour or Krusteze sprinkle generous amounts of seasoning salt. I use lowrys, Traeger, or a nice Cajun blend. Seal bag and shake well. Rinse filets and put skin down on a paper towel. Add one or two filets into bag and shake until coated. Add butter or olive oil to pan as it is heating up. You will want enough to pan fry but not drown the fish.Lay skin down in hot pan(medium). As meat cooks and is no longer glossy, flip the fish (add another sprinkle of flour mix if desired) cook until golden brown. Delicious

Depending on how much you are cooking you may need to add more butter or oil to the pan. Also the flour or krusteze may become too wet so add some more as needed.

If you are adventurous and like things sweet and savory crush up Frosted Flakes and add to your flour mixture. This is how I cook bass and I have to say it’s a favorite with all my extended family (who only eat fish when I cook it for them)

My parents met/married in Pakistan in the Peace Corps. Dad learn a bit of Urdu while there. Phonetically, its "chUp-ra-ho" and the slang is a simple "chUp" - Means "tough shite"

Y'all keep talking about these things: lightning, rain? WTF?

Sunday around 3 it was 85 in the shade in the back yard. *I* wasn't in the shade, but the thermometer was. I managed to get the lawns mowed (had to buy a new mower, old one engine seized, and it has oil) and I got the painting of the boards done, and all 4 bathroom hangers hung on said boards. If you pull the towel hanger out of the wood that is screwed into the studs, you are simply abusing my house and should probably leave.

Took the company vehicle through the car wash. Came out into the sun and noticed a crack in windshield in the middle from top to bottom.
