Wow! Not little at all! Never saw one in Truckee when I was living there.

Hmmm seller wants to make it so the house can't be sold until they find a new home....

 

No kidding. I've seen snakes around occasionally, mainly rattle snakes near Boca, Stampede etc... Did you end up calling animal control or anything about the Boa?

 

Take it from me, don't sign anything until you look at the place after they pack it all up and leave

 

I was thinking more, ok you can have that time, but finish the flooring (all done but the master, it's still carpet), finish the floor
Trim, get the fridge fixed (water isn't hooked up).

They did a lot of work to it so I feel like they aren't gonna destroy it.

I didn't do anything with it My wife got freaked out. We have a lot of rabbits around so I figured it will help control that population.

 

Not just destruction but cover up. In my case they managed to hide how badly the carpet in all rooms was damaged. Dog piss, permanent staining, and areas that were just torn up from the dogs, but they managed to hide it all with furniture placement until my final walk through. Also nothing was cleaned properly.

 

The floor is the laminate hard wood stuff everywhere but the master and master bath, which is tile

The spare will be new. I did 5 tire rotations on those so all 5 were even.
