    can't, sadly - vehicle is not road worthy as is rn - I barely got to the dealer, won't go above 50mph and it jerked when trying to accelerate more.

    Mike Erdman in Cocoa - sad thing is, I really liked them - had a wonderful experience when I purchased the truck originally - but this morning I had the bad luck of getting a bad service rep on a power trip that thinks the dealership is hers and all potential repairs will come out of her pocket.

    but if I put an insurance claim, won't the insurance fight the charge with the dealer if this is a blatant violation of the terms i:e the dealer refusing to cover even though it clearly falls under warranty?
