def cut rum out, and beer is good like 1 a day, its actually a nutritious source of carbs(good,micro-brewed beer, not the chemically processed crap), but dont over-indulge.

Ya I go to the gym but will be using it a lot more now! They have all kinda stuff next week I am going to start my new work out regiment can't wait this weekend is chill time and relax before the storm lol

Feel your pain was in the same situation almost.

Dad had a heart attack last year. That really scared me. I was allready an ex-smoker by 8 months, now im at 15 months of no smoking. its been a bitch.. Thought I was haveing heart attacks went in did the whole nine yeards. Found out panic attacks got meds for those.. I was 238 at the time and now I am 198. Work out daily and eat heathly. I dont eat fast food anymore.

in nov of last year i was put in the hospital for 3 days my sugar was 380 thay say at 400 you black out and usually dont make it back i have diabetes i stoped drinking and let me tell you i use to drink a 12 pack of beer a day at lest and a 6 pack of pepsi now i drink pepsi max no alcohol and cut my food intake in half stoped smoking on jan 3rd of this year and started back in the gym lost 50lbs since nov and fealing great my doc told me sometimes you need a scare to get your shit together
