    Well he'll be able to refi anyway if he's really set on the home he finds.

    Better to renegotiate financing versus overpaying on a house some 1-2 years ago when they were way up.

    I checked like a month ago and it was like 7.2. That is outta the question. I have a damn 3.25 on my house, ill be broke trying to build anything right now at 7.

    4WD Conversion, ARB Bumper, OME Suspension
    Bolted on that John Deere Denso 150amp alternator this evening and the truck sat at 14.0v solid with drops to 13.9v in gear. With the AC maxed and headlights on.

    Not saying it’s fixed but I haven’t seen anything close to that behavior since the truck last ran before the engine pull.

    Nice, that's good! My Suzuki Denso always hovers around 14.2 and I noticed internally it doesn't use the Alt-S wire at all.

    saturday im picking up the 1998 RHD hard top mr2.. so i needed this frame out of my way. LOL

    hard top mr2s are the most valuable. LOL t tops are most common.. sunroof are uncommon.


    in 1993 only like 3 hard tops were sold in america

    its a similar situation as the tin top land cruisers.
