    Brought my ooni out to camp last weekend and one of the guys made us some damn good pizzas with fresh camp made pizza dough. Nothing like fresh pizza around a fire next to the lake

    I didn't get any pics (ya standard thing for me) but my daughter had friends over this weekend and we did pizza here. I halved the dough balls, let them add their own sauce and toppings then did them in the over (need an OONI but too expensive for my blood). Then I made two other pies for the wife and I and as extras. First one for us was pepperoni, ham, spinach, olives and mushrooms. Second one was the much hated by people Ham and Pineapple. All were excellent and the kids all enjoyed doing their own to their liking.

    Made pizza on the grill for dinner, was good with a nice grill taste. But - like before the bottom was burnt. This time I used a pizza stone. What's the trick not to burn the bottom? I cooked it at 425-450 for I think 14 minutes. Maybe too long?

    There was a pizza place in southern IL I used to go to that made a stuffed pizza that used mini ravioli and cheese. It was messy eating but pretty decent. This is a far cry from that... but equally messy.
