I can’t seem to be able to verify which or if any of the aftermarket front skid plates allow you to retain your front/center jack point(with skid mounted) like the oem trd skid plate does?

can anyone verify. I’m looking at Cali raised cbi etc

I can verify that the Caliraised does indeed have a gap between the skid and the jacking point.

RCI also has a gap between the skid and the jacking point.

That said, just use the skid as your lifting point with your floor jack. It is plenty robust to lift the truck off of the ground.

Any skid plate worth buying should be robust enough to be a jackpoint.

The TRD pro one has a little circle where the that is inline with the front jack point. Right around the access panel.

And the TRD can work with RCI.

I have the TRD, selling it. Have the Cali raised front bumper coming and you have to cut the trd about 2” for it to fit. So just selling it and buying rci or cr

Mobtown had a great design for a Jack point and oil change hatch. RIP Mobtown, you had a good thing going for awhile…

Super easy with this kit. But I always take the skid off to do oil change to inspect everything. Not hard to do.
