Yup, agreed. Take the opportunity when it arises, nothing is forever! (Except possibly regret of not trying…)

We’ll see how it goes over here. Gf has actually expressed interest but we’re so busy all the time and she’s battling some health stuff.

Planning to take the first week of august off and go wander around New Mexico a bit. Not sure if there will be wheeling but i know a couple of dirt roads.

It was yesterday afternoon around 5pm

 

Not pleasant memories.

 

There's been a few bad ones in my memory, but as long as there's shelter nearby not too bad

 

A matte black double cab long box S10 with a chrome roll bar and 1 ft+ of lift.

I found the king of the trailer park.

I can't even remember the last time I saw an S10 on the road prior to this monstrous thing

 

They are definitely not as bad as they once were. The fact that so much of the valley is now developed and so little actual desert left, makes for a better situation with regard to the dust storms.

When I was growing up on the west side of phx, the population was maybe a 100K total in the valley of the sun. Now its 20 or 30 times that.
