Well I mean, it's your first go and your first offer.

People look for months, throwing tons of offers at a lot of houses.

Unless you either get lucky with your offer (and no one else is looking at that house) or it's that undesirable that you ain't competing against anyone

I mean, not to fuck you up, but, if you aren't in a rush, shit is gonna drop in the next 4 months. Interest rates may get worse if that's possible but the auto repo rate is up and I think 60 day late pay is up to double digits. That usually means shit is about to hit the fan. Don't rush it if you don't have to.

 

14 acres, that's enough for 1 wife per acre and room for yourself still

 

Think that's the first time I've seen auto repo statistics used to predict the market, but I can't say it's illogical lol
