Taking offers from family sometimes comes with a price. That may show up unexpectedly or worse.

Check this stat out. Sounds like 2007 to me.

Almost 17% of people who financed a new vehicle in the first three months of this year are paying $1,000 or more a month, up from 15% in January. This is a new all-time high.

Definitely gonna start putting money away if this doesn't work out. Until something else pops up that we want

lol. i want one of those!

Im no finance expert obviously, I like 1st gens. But have several close friends who do like big ira management for municipalities and mutual funds and they all say 6 months and they are gonna be getting into reo portfolios. So, that means bank owned property. You sit tight, may be able to steal the fuck outta something special.

Surprisingly none  they actually remembered. Well, Friday was hectic AF because they were trying to get me to do as much as possible before I left so I guess it wasn't too hard to remember.

Long ass drive back, ugh. Sofia did well though, slept half the time which was awesome but now she's wired and it's bedtime in an hour lol

4runner did great, nearly 1000 miles round trip including the to/from San Jose and Santa Cruz. Hit 210° on the coolant temp coming up the grapevine pass this afternoon when it was 108° outside so, not bad. Was pulling 75mph in 4th gear uphill for miles with the AC on blast

Lol. Yeah, if you aren't making like 200k a year you should not be paying 1000 a month for a damn car. The ones who make that lease and write off anyway. Or pay cash for taxes.

Picked Dex up from the boarding place, it's the same place we drop him off at for daycare if we're gone all day. He was soaking wet, asked why and they said he spent all 5 days chilling in the kiddie pool

Hell yeah, I hate whenever I get one in a trap in the garage.

Only happens if I have the door open and I'm in and out and one of them rushes inside.

That is insane. Just... why. You can buy yourself a perfectly decent, great running 1996 Toyota 4runner with 255k on the clock and only a few leaks and dents for $7500 on the spot save tens of thousands over the next few years

Ya I felt irresponsible paying $500 a month at $70k/yr

But ya the business lease write-off is for sure the way to go - it's what my bosses do and get a new BMW/Land Rover/etc every few years and put it as the company expense
