I've said it many times before and I will say it again; I normally do not take pictures of Priuses newer than 2003 anymore unless they are customized or otherwise unique in some way. This 2008 Prius showed up at the Wings of Freedom Aviation Museum while @Stitchgirl90 and I were there, and we chatted with the owner. He just moved here from Maine, and according to him, this Prius was a SEMA show car! After the SEMA show was over, it ended up on a dealer lot in Massachusetts, and the current owner's family acquired it at some point; I have never seen a Prius in with this type of paintjob before, so it might very well be a SEMA car! This Prius presently has about 200K miles on it, but the owner informed me that there is nothing wrong it. The A/C still works, it still averages about 50 MPG, and it passed the emissions test and safety inspection in Maine. Aside from some minor rust around the wheel wells, and age-related imperfections in the paint, the car is decent shape for being 15 years old and having spent most of its life in New England!
