Sup tw. I had noticed a pull to the right when driving for the past couple months and had been putting an alignment off for the longest time. I finally got it and it still seems to be a problem all though the numbers don’t look bad to me. Not the end of the world at all just want to know if anything needs to be tended to. Wondering what could be causing this if anyone has any suggestions. If I let the steering wheel go it will change lanes to the right for me haha.

You can try getting them to realign again doesn’t hurt to try, mine started to pull to the right just slightly after paying for a realignment just a week later .Im willing to say its a characteristic trait

Yea they had a pretty good deal for it too. It was either $109 for a single or $209 for a lifetime so I just did that and he threw a 20$ off coupon so now I can go whenever technically

Could be a number of possible culprits. Since you have the lifetime alignment, use it again. You can also visually inspect the steering components to see if anything looks bent or damaged.

Lifetime alignments are only worth it when the techs doing the alignments know what they're doing. The first thing you need to do here is to post a photo of the alignment printout. The numbers there will tell a large part of the story and will tell you if there are any glaring (or not so glaring) problems with your alignment. Start there and let that dictate where you turn next.

Rear thrust angle is supposed to be 0 degrees. Yours is positive which means it will be angled to the right.

I only understand the basics of alignment, but had this on a Tundra I retuned to Carmax. The rear left bumper was also pushed in about an inch. What I googled, a possible fix, is to realign the back axel, by unbolting the Ubolts, adjusting position, then use new Ubolts, don't use the existing ones as they are designed to only be tightened once. Mine was only off 0.21 degrees so I didn't notice after an alignment. My truck also had the cats stolen and replaced with aftermarket so didn't want to go down another rabbit hole, retuned it and ordered a Taco.

I agree with the above post to a point, the thrust angle is off which is a cocked axle,or frame problem, this could cause a pull, the other problem is the caster is pretty much equal. When I align a vehicle if at all possible I make the caster about 1/2 to 3/4 degree more positive on the right front wheel to compensate for the road crown. On very flat road yes it may wonder to the left slightly, but most roads are crowned.. This should take care of your pulling problem, if the same after doing this, the problem is one of 2 things, front tire plys shifted causing a pull. Cross the front tires, this may make it pull to the left or go straight. If still pulls right, problem is in the power steering gear, jack the front up so the wheels are off the ground & start up, see if it turns easier to the right then left, if so, the problem is in the rack.. Hope this helps, good luck..

This was the after alignment. The only thing they changed was the toe. It drove straight and was really nice to drive. The only issue seemed to be when going over any bumps in a turn and it just felt shifty. I don't know if it was just how all the Tundras drove. I then noticed the back bumper out of wack that corrisponed to the the thrust angle being off. This was all new to me. The truck also had no balancing weights on it when I got it. Zero. Carmax was paying for all these fixes. My main concern was the aftermarket cats, as it cost 7k for OEM exhaust replacement, if it started throwing codes. So then I would have paid as much as a new Tundra TRD. But next person might never notice anything wrong and love it. Also hope that helps.
