Lacquer thinner after the laminate is off. The surface should be as clean as possible if you are putting laminate back on. The heat gun with a putty knife will do the trick and gloves so you don't get burns.

 

I had no idea what a French drain was till I visited my brother in Erie last year when I asked why several of his neighbors had those trenches and they were maintained

 

Afternoon all:

Enjoyed the trip with my buddy this morning, nothing but big well-kept farms in the area we went to.
Finally got to see the Scout he bought, it is definitely a project, wondering if he will ever even get it done.
When we got back, he was showing me a few guns that he picked up, one was a beautiful Parker double barrel shotgun that he got for free. A GF of his one son works for a place that cleans out unwanted items from houses, they were at a house and she noticed a hard gun case that was out for garbage, she "rescued it" and the shotgun was inside of it and his son then gave it to him, amazing what people will throw out!

 

Start by just warming it to bend and release the bond. Keep warming till it works. It should not need a blast furnace.

Happily, we lag the Austin records - just another 105* day. And at this point, the greenhouse is no hotter than outside!

 

I have bought from them. I also like Freedom Munitions. Their prices are coming back down but shipping is pretty bad. They occasionally have free or $9.99 flat-rate on orders over $250. Also, their remans go bang every time and have been accurate and consistent.

 

Anyone says that plastic won't degrade, has never left it behind clean Lexan, in the Texas heat and sun for a couple years. Not saying it's completely gone, but it literally falls to tiny pieces in my hands. (This is not a "won't pollute" statement...)

Back of the greenhouse was "repaired" last month



Fell apart in my hands. Front completely fell off over the weekend.



So, some R5 board from Lowe's - thicker than I normally get, but everything else was just styrofoam and foil.



I have a garage worth of "brackets" of some sort. These are stainless steel, so might as well use them up. Find them?



And so it sits like this, and you get the idea....





And the back went in without as many brackets needed - friction fit!



These stay up year round, so I should be done with this.
