    Depending on the size of the company you work for, different rules apply. Companies with less than 50 employees don’t have to “wait “ for the employee to return, they can replace the employee. If the employee is able to return and there is no spot open, your S O L. At least that’s my understanding, definitely contact a professional employment attorney.

    Pretty sure this one is both the 1st and last fish I caught last weekend. We can only keep 1 Cutt and I never thought I was going to do so well so threw two back on Friday. And then this one chomped down right as I was getting ready to give up on Sunday

    Sorry to hear this, maybe early retirement might be good. My older brother retired at 55 from the government. He then got a part time job at a feed mill as a delivery driver. He's enjoying it.
