    I have worked a 6AM - 3PM schedule for the last couple years. I love it, getting done at 3PM is nice! My team is spread all over - 3 in India, 1 in Poland, and 1 in Colombia, so this lets me have overlap with the folks that are located in India, so I don't get any push back from management wanting me to work a "traditional" shift. Of course, major incidents can and do happen at any time, any day of the year... so it's good to have my guys working as many hours of the day as possible to lessen the need for on-call coverage.
