And of course, again, chevron pattern on the kitchen backsplash.

 

The basement was not finished, but it has a rough-in for a full bathroom should the future owner ever decide to finish it!

 

It very warm and humid today, and the A/C worked great! Zoning makes all the difference; I routinely see older 2-story homes, that clearly have central air, with window A/C units in upstairs windows!

I believe that this is a walk-in closet, in one of the guestrooms!

I must be getting old.
I see a whole bunch of unnecessary expenses.
Paying for a bunch of “looks” with little function.

Don’t get me wrong, it looks nice.
But it’s not nice on the pockets.

 

The biggest one for me is the zoned A/C system; I'd prefer to buy the basic house and customize it myself...
