It's pretty obvious what this room is, and it had a pretty cool floor!

 

This is tile of some sort; I don't know how the hell they did it, but I like it!

I can't either. For those of you new to this thread, I've had my truck since it was brand new, and it had 20 miles on it!

My truck parked outside the sales office...

Believe it or not, the sales office is a 2-piece trailer can be disassembled and transported to another neighborhood as needed. The sales office and parking lot are situated on two homesites which will be sold and built upon once the rest of the lots are sold!

 

In addition to six townhome models, they had four single-family homes open to the public! We'll get to those tomorrow...

 

Pretty nice, but I def prefer a split sink..wash and strain.

That faucet would be fun but I can't have one with my dishwasher.

That would be my house if I had central. It was originally built in the 1930s as a one floor cottage. The upstairs was added on at some point but they never ran any ductwork.

My father did the tile in our houses. One hallway had really small tiles. I remember it having a threading on the bottom of some kind which tied the tiles into about a 12 by 12 square for installation. We did a mosiac on our Jacuzzi that was the same..the individual pieces are even smaller than your picture.

Metal roof on the end unit I believe..nice.

 

Looks like they blocked the garage door with trees and shrubs?

 

They always do that with models. They will put in a driveway when they sell the house...

 

There are six townhome plans in this neighborhood I believe, and this is an end unit in the second 3-home building...

I agree, how much does one actually need.

After the new wears off people discover all that space & style takes a lot of time and effort to keep looking nice.

 

Similarly I've always said a huge house (for just 2 of us) is just more cleaning for me to do weekly.

I do like some of the light fixtures though

 

I was incredibly busy all day, but I'm finally back! This model had very rustic decor, and I really liked it!

 

This whole neighborhood has public natural gas for the heat, and a gas cooktop is standard; I was surprised when I rounded the corner into the kitchen and found an electric cooktop!
