I took the headliner out a few weeks ago to clean it, organize wires, and install dynomat. I cleaned it, organized the wiring, but still had not got around to putting the dynomat. In that time I started inspecting everything. I found on both sides in the rear the seam where the roof is sealed and tacked to the body were seeping water. So i took the OEM roof rack off and with a digital microscope I could see the separation. So I sanded, primed with rust oleum rust reformer base, sealed with seem sealer and coated with rust oleum lacquer. Problem solved.

NOTE: I new OEM roof rack was installed so paint did not have to match the truck which is Black Sand Pearl.

Bouncing quarters on the roof from bass is all fun and games until something breaks, lol!

Just having fun, haven't put a meter in a while but I hit mid 120's on dB meter. Just 2 lil ole dreamlabs DC 8's in a 3.5 cu ft custom ported box. Skar amp only puts out 2800 watts, but it makes do, lol.
I'm guessing with age over time all the flexing just cracked the seem sealer back there.
