Ugh, sorry:( is it leaking from one of the connectors, especially the same one as before?
Sounds like that connector may be deformed or scratched. Yeah, a new one may be needed, hopefully they aren’t too expensive.

Does anyone know the PSI Tacoma fuel pumps work at?

I was telling her, it looked like it was tweaked to the side, it didnt take much hand pressure to get in back into place, but I dont think it was fulling sealing on the flare

That was really good of you to try, though! Good thing that came out of it was a you showed her how to do it, I’m sure it was helpful as she is the kind of person that will be able to do it now.

Yeah, so we don't think I will need to replace anything else right ?? Haha I don't if I should try to do this myself or have Jason do this for me. Also I was talking to my uncle. And he has a guy he goes through that apparently he's a toyota tech. And there might be a recall on some part ? Idk if I understood correctly.

There is a fuel leak recall for certain models- put your VIN here to check if your truck has it or any other recalls:

Hope all are well, felt less like being in purgatory today than yesterday so that's a plus. Ill take any win when I feel like Im melting and I used to be good at extreme heat, but now that I no longer live in Az full time I have become what is known as a 'WEATHERWUSS!" I need to build a sauna and get myself acclimated to heat again, anybody here able to help me build one?? haha...

Correction that would be an injection, at that pressure it is far beyond a tattoo! Those stop at the Dermis layer....ha. Im also a EMT-P so i have seen the results, it's beyond gnarly especially when the subject/patient tries to "walk it off for a day or two" also as a Diesel tech I have seen in happen in my Workplace when the tech makes an error...not a pretty sight.
But we all know how us men can and usually are. There is good reason why we die sooner than our female counterparts..we tend to ignore things till it's too late to reverse or at least catch and make the best of it.
Based on that statement, my wife will outlast me, she is far more cautious, lol...

Yeah, jet inoculations work as low as 1200 psi, so it does look like I was a bit off….

Well to be fair the ID system on a Toyota 4D is in the 780+ psi so depending on angle of attack and fan% results may vary depending on distance from source, but yeah either way you aren't going to have positive stories about that scenario, haha.

Just come over and hang out in my un-insulated garage. It's gotta be well over 100 in there the last few days.

Greetings to my new neighbors from a traveler who has transplanted from the OC area to the SD area.

Anyone here interested in adopting about a 1yr old female cat?

Long story short, my niece had a stray cat that had a litter under her house a while back and this is the last of the bunch... from how I understand it.

Anyways, she's approx 1yr old, not fixed, a little timid, but very playful and likes to be petted.

My niece already has cats of her own as well as me.

Anyways, just hoping to find a loving home for this one if anyone is interested?

I just moved from OC to SD area. PM me if interested?

    Yeah it has.

We still need to do a night run up the peak. Night runs are always fun up there.

Plus, we just might see the "ghost lights".:goingcrazy:

@JaCado  Jay, if you're down for a night run up the peak some day? I got work to do on the truck right now though like my CV axles, upper/lower ball joints, bed bolts, and a few other things.

Plus, my unpacking and setting it all back up. Working Mon-Sat and I have to complete a certain task for my new job too... My point being it will be a while before I can do anything.

Anyways, I still want to do a night run, but it will be quite a while before I am able to do anything... MONTHS before I am able to do anything. That is how busy I am at the moment and how important I must complete the "task" for my new job, which I can't talk about what I do now. Technically, I'm not even supposed to say where I work... LMAO... which is pretty stupid as one only has to follow me when I'm going to work? :notsure::facepalm:

But yeah, I've been busier than shi* for the past few months... Pretty much going on a year almost and believe me, I am TIRED!!!

Right now, I'm just glad I finally moved as the commute was killing me... almost literally at times.

Well, getting ready to leave for work and enough of the BS of my life story. Just letting you all know what has been going on.

    L8 for now. :fistbump:

Do you guys have a go to shock rebuilder for SD? I know there’s Acutune, but I’m wondering if any members do it for a bit cheaper.
Gonna be down at the SD Zoo on Thursday
