My Tacoama was supposed to arrive next week on the 26th but got damaged while being transported by rail and was a total loss. My sales person let me know last night. So bought a 2021 Tundra with 10k miles. The previous owner put some nice upgrades into it. I love it. The Taco was too small for me anyway. Got lucky to find this one.

Many thanks again. I thought about this Tacoma every waking minute it seemed. So thankful to have transportation again. This Tundra is perfect for me.

Good luck with everyone getting their new trucks. If it doesn't work out there is always plan B.

Thanks. Yes I like the extra room inside the Tundra and like driving full size trucks as people don't tend to tailgate and be aggressive.

The previous owner put about 4k of upgrades on this Tundra and getting 18mpg on 100 mile trip back home in mixed driving. Really great tires and wheels.

I was worried the taco cab would be too small. I fit fine in the drivers seat but windshield and cab seemed very small. However think both would work fine for me, as I wanted good resale value to have options in 3 years or later. The Taco was probably a safer bet as it gets a little better MPG, but Tundra is safe bet too.

As I'm sure most of us know it's hard to find a honest deal on any vehicle.

This was an interesting learning experience over past 4 moths with mechanical issues but all ended well.

I also have ladder racks that will fit the Tundra and will look good. The Tacoma didn't have as many options and were really expensive for the ones that would look good on a new truck. Mostly use them to haul toys but also construction projects.

No worries about internet. So many misunderstandings and people think they have more influence than the do. I just think Toyotas will continue to retain good value which also mean no one is giving them away either.
