Found my self flanked by fur yesterday.

 

Welcome to the family Ruby! 8 weeks old, flew to Minneapolis this Saturday then drove round trip to Cottonwood to pick her up, flew home Sunday. She was awesome, slept the whole 2-1/2 hour drive and almost the whole 3-1/2 hour flight through takeoff and landing and screaming children

 

Beautiful puppy, may you have many years of happiness with your dog.

After a play break, Tessa came in to inspect the work and check on the progress. She also.enjoyed the nice cool stones.

I'm always shocked how much Kimo loves retrieving. In this way, he's like Riley was. Both are not bothered by other dogs--Kimo hasn't had the experience of being sniped--Riley almost never was in group we belonged to but they're both FAF and that's what's so fun to watch.

 

Today is Autumn’s fourth birthday. As usual she has a mouthful of her moms stolen socks!

How he sleeps every day

 

My girl that the wife & I rescued from a kill shelter on her last day. That was back in 2014 and she's been enjoying life ever since.

 

took the pups to Seattle last week. this little one never pees or poops out on walks (backyard only).

She was holding her pee and poo for the entire first day, thinking we'd be back home "soon."

She managed to poop outside 5 of 7 days and pee about 3 of the days. We eventually had to get some pee pads to put on the bathroom floor to have her pee on, instead of her sneaking off to pee somewhere on the carpet.

poo on the last day, too. As soon as i saw it, I tried sweeping her mouth, but it was in the back of her throat and she wiggled away from me to keep her "prize find."

Tonight's walk crossed paths with a coyote that Dex really wanted to play with
