I actually read in Consumer Reports that Wolf products are prone to breakdowns. They are high-quality products for sure, but I feel like they're the Range Rovers of the residential appliance industry (beautiful to look at and very well built, but high maintenance and expensive to fix)...

 

The price of a Wolf microwave drawer isn't that far off from some of the most expensive GE microwaves; I think the 24" Transitional model is what this house has...

 

Over ten grand for that wall oven!

 

So, @Stitchgirl90 presently shares a 1-bedroom apartment with a woman she knows from high school, and privacy is virtually nonexistent. The roommate was at her dad's house on Thursday, and we wanted to have some private time before she came home, so we left without looking at the last two single-family homes, and came back the following afternoon...

 

Here are the last two pictures I took of the "model gallery" before we left on Thursday...

 

The Maple Glen, which has the 2.5-ton A/C unit, is just under 2,000 square feet according to Toll Brothers' website. That size sounds about right for a house of this size, even with a finished basement...

 

The Maple Glen starts at $778,995 for the base plan with no basement and just the standard features. With a finished basement, hardwood floors throughout, and a gourmet kitchen featuring a full Wolf appliance package (including a $4,500+ stove and a $10,000+ wall oven) this place has to be well past $900K!

 

The Junewood is over 2,500 square feet and starts at $818,995 with no basement or upgrades. This house does not have the Wolf appliance package, but it has a finished basement and tons of other upgrades, so this easily close to $1 million (if not more)!

 

@Stitchgirl90 and I returned the following day (Friday, July 21st) to look at the last two single-family homes, which were in the top tier Union Collection, in which the cheapest floorplan is over 2,200 square feet and starts at almost $850K!

 

This is the Casey, which starts at $914,995 for just the basic house with no basement or upgrades. With all the upgrades that this house has, it will be well over $1 million once Toll Brothers sells it. There is presently a quick delivery spec house Casey with the Modern Farmhouse elevation that is listed for $1,122,240 and it has has even spec'd out with kitchen appliances yet! This one will probably be in that range...

 

All of these houses have gas heat and water heaters, but this was one of two decorated models to have an induction cooktop...

 

This is one of three models in this development (including the other one with an induction cooktop) to have Jenn-Air appliances; Jenn-Air is high-end (or at least expensive) and well put together, but Consumer Reports lists it as being very repair-prone like KitchenAid and Wolf...

 

We had granite countertops in our bathroom.
I never want granite again. The ones we had were horrible for getting water spots/stains.
I’ll take cultivated marble for the cheaper price all day.
