    FS truck bed sleeping platform
Cost me about $250 to build
    Asking $150obo

pics don’t show the foam I’ll take more ASAP

bed is a couple months old. Made with sideways 2x6 supports to give you room for drawer storage underneath
5/8” smooth plywood for strength, and carpeting upholstered with glue and staples

I have it in my 2nd gen DCSB 5’ bedrug lined bed

it can be removed to store
Shortly after I purchased 4” foam from a military surplus store and cut it (kept the cuts) to fit at an angle.
Because yes, you can sleep up to 6’ tall in a shortbed if you go at an angle.
Simply lay the bedding, sleeping bag, etc of your choice on top

I am hoping fitment will work without a bedrug if you don’t have one. I know with mine the cut is tight enough where it takes effort to get them in.
The plywood is cut vertically into two panels

why 4” foam? Because it adds comfort and that’s what’s most popular.

Bed is also strong and roomy enough to haul cargo, in addition to anything stored underneath out of sight.

    Yes
2nd Gen double cab Prinsu cab & cap rack pair. This was the first generation Prinsu from when Zach was still making this stuff out of his home. Same great shape and functionality of the newer ones just a different front wind fairing shape. The load bars are also the original rectangular ones but i have used the hell out of this thing from cargo to rtt and never had a problem with them.

Could use a re spray or powder coat if you care about it. $250 for both, don’t want to split them up.

Yeah. I figured that but it's a really good deal regardless. If you don't have luck selling it locally on a week or so hit me up. I am interested.

    Check My Sig.
I have a pair of McNeil 2" bulge fiberglass fenders painted in MGM that need a new home. They are clearly used and could use some TLC but will still bolt onto the truck and serve their purpose. They do have cracks & some chipping that you should be able to fix with some fiberglass repair.

I also have a custom snorkel that I used with the glass. Made out of aluminum & TIG welded together. Cutting is done to fit the snorkel so I would prefer all be sold together.

    $300 for the package?

selling black mesh in SD, PM if interested
got them in bulk to copy this guy's idea for shell window inside gear mounts

still need to figure out what eyelet clamps to get under the stock bolts to hold them
might cut out a majority center row or two in mine to retain finger room to open window. Haven't decided how many panels I'll put per window or which spots

I like this, it’s a good idea as a protective screen so you can keep windows open and not worry about your dog or other gear tearing up the bug screens! As for window opening- all you need is finger room enough to unlatch and slightly open the window- at least on mine I can push the window to open or close it from the outside if it is unlatched and slightly opened.

How much of a space are you putting behind the screen? Are you using spacers?

Looks good! I got the plastic heavy duty accessory pet screens on my shell and like the OP’s idea of more storage space on the sides- but in your case this looks great for dogs and unruly children! ;)
