I was going to go charcoal tonight but the wind just picked up and I'm on beer #3. Grilled burgers it is!

Put these on for the kids after burgers. Salt, pepper, honey, and brown sugar.

And the cover still fits! I think I need to get a kids ball to put under the cover on the table side to help the water run off.

Pork side ribs, smoked potatoes (then cut them in wedges seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, butter, parmesan) foil wrapped back on the bbq.

Pork Loin on the menu last night. This is the marinade I use:
    1 tbsp coarse black pepper
    1 tbsp ground corriander
    2-3 tbsp brown sugar
1tsp to 1tbsp minced garlic (depending how much you like garlic)
enough soy or terryaki to make it a liquid to pour

On the grill at 350-400 for 45-60mins, quarter turn every 10-15mins. Makes good leftover sandwiches and grabbing a piece or two as you pass the fridge
