Yea well 110+ all month and the last few days 115-118 and more to come sitting in the
sun what do you expect 'eh. Seems we had a spit-of-rain last night just enough to fk
up the look with stupid drops of rain followed by blowing dust.

Hit the wipers and on of 'em ripped - so I need a new set.

    Are the OEM's competitively priced?
    Do the OEM's suk?

    I'm a cheap-bstard so what do ya'll like.

I am happy with my OEM blades. I still have the original blades that came from the factory 7.5 years ago. Probably because my truck is always in my garage and rarely in Death Valley, California heat. Can you post pictures?

Where are you? We are seeing 117 here too. Mines tucked away in the cool garage.

I’ve always bought my wiper blades at the most convenient location (auto parts store, Walmart, etc). They are a commodity item. I highly doubt Toyota manufacturers their own.

I've always used oem wiper blades and refill inserts in all my vehicles. Oem are usually made of rubber and work really well. They shouldn't melt like synthetic material could. Can't say from experience as I'm in Canada where it usually doesn't get over 85f. They are usually not expensive to buy at a dealership.

It rains here... it rains a LOT here, plus some ice and snow. Have been using the Bosch Icons on all of our vehicles for years (including when we lived in Scottsdale). Replace them once a year, need it or not. Not cheap but the beam style works really well under all conditions. Über easy to R&R.

    Passenger side:

Find 'em at many auto parts stores too.

BTW, the economy minded should check out @Discount Tire which has some very good pricing on OE replacements these days.

Worrying about where you buy your washer blades is akin to worrying about where you buy your toilet paper, except you will still be able to buy them during a global pandemic.

I got a new set last summer from autozone, they're still good, haven't melted yet. I don't remember what brand they are, i think i went with a mid range priced set.

I used the OEM refills; they were cheap enough for me.

Keep your OE frames so when you want to go back to OE refills you'll have something to put them in.

I only buy OEM blades/inserts. I'm only on my first set of replacement inserts with my Honda [2016] and I just picked up another complete set [2 front, one rear] that ran all of $20 or so.

I'd bet Toyota uses the same company most Japanese automakers use when it comes to OEM. Never seen aftermarket sets, no matter the cost, work better then OEM and they are usually far poorer in quality.

I'm betting I've ran through 12 sets easy of cheapo blades in my 2019 work vehicle. Had some last just a couple months before they skip, chatter, and streak and they are parked under a carport when not being used.
