I heard of this MX track & campground that's just down the mountain from me off of rt.51 (Green Ridge rd). So this morning I took a drive to check it out. Even tho they were closed the owner allowed me on the property to check it out. They have multiple mx tracks for different skill levels. Today I learned that they also have 600acres of trails. $40 a day to ride the trails. $10 bucks to watch the mx races. Free admission to watch on practice days. This upcoming 29th they're hosting AMA races.

Did you happen to use the E-brake after being in the water? I know several members have reported the ebrake causing the rear drums to lock up once they get wet.

 

I did use the e-brake

…I’ll try not using it anymore at the lake, see if this resolves the issue.

That looks amazing, it’s hard to find trails around here with open views like that. Most stuff around here seems to be in forests.

 

When I first bought my cabin back in 2017 that area was all heavily wooded. 3 years ago it was logged.

 

Wow, that’s a lot of work hahah

 

They had some serious equipment. CSX owns all that property.

 

Did you sell the 80 series yet?

 

Not yet but I've got a guy coming up from Wardensville WV tomorrow to look at it. He wants a cheap 80 to use on his farm. Other possible buyers were looking for one to restore, I told them this isn't the one for that lol. My ad mentions "trail beater" and shows the rust issues.

 

I appreciated you letting me have a close look at it and getting some gas to be able to drive it up the hill, I never got that close of a look at it before. It was a nice visit, definitely need to plan a better GTG. We can get wings at that place in PawPaw you always talk about!
