    Call LCE they have it now. They are waiting on me to make a decision on if I want it installed in our new to us 05 5 lug. But IDK if I like paying $.60 to a $1.00 more for gas here in the Phoenix area. The LS power should be plenty and enough fun teasing Mustangs. Anyway back to the original tread.

    Op, Buy the heat shrinks with the solder in them and return the truck to stock. Drive it until it dies or sell and get a V6 before they are gone. Sorry to say the 3rd. Gen. 6 lug w/ a 2.7 and an automatic will always be a slow work truck. Or LS swap…:thumbsup:

    That's pretty on par with what I've been saying about Toyota for a long time now. The trouble codes they throw are symptom based, not cause based, and this has been a long withstanding thing dating back to the 2nd gens. Sometimes even 1st gens.

    They treat their PCM logic the same way the modern day doctors of the west do. Oh you broke your spine? Let's go ahead and give you opioids to make the pain go away instead of actually going in there to fix what is broken.
