    Cool.

I worked in factories most of my career. Things used to be fixable.

    So... terrible or brilliant idea?

Combined fire pit, grill, stove, pizza oven into one small package!

Had a fire pit, wanted a pizza oven, carrying a stove can be a pain.

So I picked up a cheap 14" charcoal grill, stole the lid and grate, made some slight modification and snagged a pizza stone! May add a wok or skillet if all works well.

    I'll let you know..

I make little pizzas on my weber Q-1200 with naan bread from Costco and a 12" round pizza stone from Amazon. It works great.

Is that a gas firepit? If it is my experience with them has been that they can be sooty and maybe give an off taste.

Fire pit stove trials are going great! Well after I misjudged the pizza stone heat up time on the first go, so that one went to the dark side.. need a laser thermometer.

But that's why I brought two! 2nd BBQ chicken Pizza was great! Hope to dial it in more.

But now even more exciting about the 15" wok/skillet I snagged just before the trip for $20, bomb breakfast, BLTs, steak! Fell like I can ditch the stove for most trips now.

Found this company recently. I don't have any of their gear, yet, but this is an interesting tarp being that it is blacked out(ish) and UPF50. Only a couple reviews on slamazon but it sounds like a good product. One reviewer even compared it to his Noah tarp. Right now their smaller tarp is 30% off, comes out around $62

So just ordered another Exped Deepsleep mat. It has been coming down in price lately. Right now it's $140 for the medium-wide. Two of which fit perfectly in the back of a 6' Tacoma bed above the wheel wells.

What do you mean? On a platform?

With my Exped Megamat Duo my walk-in door gas 'arm' gets pushed and the door loses the seal. I switched to 2 pairs of thermarest mats I have.
Those look interesting. I like Exped as a company.

Yes on my platform. I can fit the med wide size (x2) they are 72" long and 25" wide. So if I'm solo I use one and use two if I'm not solo. They fit perfectly.

    Not much stock left.
Anyone else use the Stoic Double Camp air mattress?

When I suck the air out of my mattress, it immediately fill’s back up with air in a matter of minutes. Even with the caps on

It must have a leak. Does it lose air if you lay on it?

Got my iClimb tarp today. Not sure how I feel about these stakes. Kinda like the threaded aspect but the blunt side of plastic part at the top seems like lines would slip off. Need to field test it.

I’ve been replacing all of my backpacking : ultralight stakes with these. I’ve hit them with hammers, rocks, and stomped them in with boots without issue. Hand made in West Virginia.

I've had some heavy duty steel stakes in my cart for years. I like the glow in the dark plastic pieces that I use. They do retain a glow for a while and help with visibility.

I've had a set of heavy duty steel stakes for a few years now amd they have been good.....not great. I have beat the life out of them, and so far only 1 has bent. I've been in the market for some additional stakes, and like that these are much lighter than the heavy steel ones I have now, and it's a small business made in the USA.
