    thanks - what is the penalty there for DUI? What is the max BAL allowed?
    BTW, I live in Wisconsin the #1 drinking state :) Half the population here seems to have a dui on their record

    it might vary from province to province but here in saskatchewan its 0.08 and a dui. then you have to pay at least $1000 fine, take some course that you have to pay for and get your liscense taken away for 1 year.
