Just decided not to go to the Toyota Takeover at Rausch Creek this Saturday because it will totally nuke my budget for Carlisle unless I dip into my savings. @petzl21 said he could ship the shirts I ordered for myself and @Stitchgirl90 to my house; I'm a bit annoyed, but I've been looking forward to and saving for Carlisle since January! It's also Amanda's first all-weekend Carlisle event!

 

Now why would I go and do a thing like that?!?!

I preordered the pass back in January, I've already reserved the hotel, and @Stitchgirl90 really wants to go! Also, I missed the Truck Nationals in 2022 so I could go to a family reunion in California and see relatives I hadn't seen since 2018!

@Stitchgirl90 and I drive to yet another new Toll Brothers development right around the corner from my house, though in Doylestown this time, because the neighborhood has been almost completely sold out except for two lots...

 

This neighborhood is called Doylestown Walk, and unlike Regency at Waterside, it does not have an age restriction. Also very much unlike Regency, it is exclusively townhomes rather than a mixture of townhomes and single-family homes...

 

The end unit, which presently serves as the sales office, is expected to be over $1 million when it's put on the market!

Amanda's paying for half of the hotel, and two days in Carlisle is actually only marginally more expensive than a less than a day at Rausch Creek...
