    no its about average i think. we are usually the cheapest in saskatchewan. alberta (province to the west) is always the cheapest because they dont pay a road up keep tax.

    Do the eastern provinces consider themselves elite over the western ones because they speak more french? I ask because I've seen situations where someone at a business in one of the eastern provinces wouldnt talk to someone on the west coast because he didn't speak french...he had someone else talk to him and relay the info. Perhaps this was because the guy on the west coast was in the US?
