I know it has a faint Mack logo on the door, but it looks like an Autocar from the 50/60's. I'm probably wrong though.

    which reminds me...

Random, Pointless Observations... with Gritto :)

I read once that Chicago has more Polish Americans in it than any other city in the country.
The problem is, they're too outnumbered.

    stay with me here...

Mrs Gritto's hometown is Johnstown, PA, a medium size city.
A lot of you may never have heard of it.
In the 1940s and 50s, it rivaled Pittsburgh for steel output.
No city in the country, for its size, is more Blue Collar... or more Polish American.

The steel mills are silent now and the local economy is very depressed.
The whole place looks run down.
But it's not a crime ridden hellhole... quite the opposite.

    Culture matters.

I've lived in a lot of places before I came back to settle in my home state.
The people in Johnstown are just about the nicest, most down home people you could ever meet.

BTW, the movie The Deer Hunter is set in a fictional steel town in western Pennsylvania.
    But it's Johnstown, trust me.

And no, neither myself nor Mrs Gritto are Polish.
