Well the build date on the temp vin was supposed to be today. Shouldn’t be too long now. I will post again when I get a real vin.

Beginning to wonder if Toyota's sending them by trolley...

 

Put a deposit down March 14, 2023 for a TRD Off-Road Access Cab in Lunar Rock and took delivery of the truck this week on Wednesday the 26th, so it was about a 4.5 month wait. I went through Greentree Toyota in NE Connecticut, and they were super nice to deal with.

The truck is:

• TRD Off-Road trim with an Access Cab.
• Has pretty much all the options, tech package, premium package, everything except the tonneau cover and some of the more gimmicky internal stuff like branded charging cords, etc.
  • I did want the tonneau cover, but this allocation came up without it and I took it, easy enough to go aftermarket for that.
• I paid MSRP, which was just over $44,000.

Some regions (NE in my case) are not getting access cabs in the off-road trim that I wanted. My dealer sourced the truck from an allocation that was going to the Wisconsin area they said. Truck was built 5/18 and left Mexico on 7/3. Arrived at Newark on 7/14 and was there for a little over a week before hitting the dealership.

If you're in the CT area, I highly recommend Greentree Toyota, they were great folks. Shoutout to @DragonPro23 for keeping us all in the know with the shipping details. Good luck y'all!
